We offer :
- A floor area of approx. 320 m2 on the 1st floor, divisible with the possibility of access from the first floor via a freight elevator. This floor is offered at CHF 120 / m2 / year.
- An office of approx. 137 m2 located on the 1st floor, fully equipped and currently being renovated (equipment to be discussed with the tenant). Rent to be agreed according to desired layout.
The building is currently undergoing renovation, including an elevation. The new floor is proposed as follows:
- 310 m2 divided into 6 workshops in accordance with the attached plan. It is offered at CHF 250 / m2 / year.
2 bathrooms will be available for the tenants of the plateau and the layout can still be discussed with the lessees.
